Located on Morrison Street, at the heart of Da Nang’s coastal area, Saha Casa Boutique is a hotel and serviced apartment complex with 12 rooms, envisioned as an attractive check-in destination for visitors. The project stands out for its architecture inspired by nature—particularly cave formations—featuring flexible open and enclosed spaces, dynamic volumes, and soft arches that create an emotionally engaging spatial experience.

Its bold desert-toned palette allows the building to contrast strongly with the surrounding seaside landscape. The primary material, granite terrazzo, is a traditional and environmentally friendly choice that adds a raw, tactile quality and architectural depth. Through this project, Architect Ho Khue seeks to express an intuitive architectural language rooted in nature while establishing a distinctive identity for Da Nang’s coastal urban architecture.
